Our questions and answers clarify all of our terms and conditions, logistics, as well as your orientation around the website quotation request process and fulfilment of orders. If you have any further queries you are most welcome to submit them via our form on this page.

Rubitex offers a wide range of fabrics including woven, knitted, cotton, silk, linen, and synthetic blends tailored primarily for fashion and decor.

Our entrance is in Pickwick Street, 348 Victoria Rd, Salt River, Cape Town.

No, all prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to the quotation and to invoices upon confirmation of your order.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. If the fabric has been cut, no returns will be accepted. If the return is made after 7 days, a 20% handling fee will be charged.

Our website allows customers (both retail and wholesale) to build their own quote by selecting fabric swatches, prices, and quantities. This gives you immediate access to our fabric selection and provides an initial costing. If you’d like our sales team to follow up with you, simply submit the quotation request via the website, including your contact details.

Please note that while the quotation system offers immediate pricing, it does not reflect real-time stock availability. Our sales team will verify stock or confirm if the fabric needs to be ordered in, and get back to you with an update.

Reservations are valid for three days only. After this period, the fabric will be made available to other customers.

All payments must be received and reflect in our bank account before collection or delivery can occur.

Our driver departs at 10 AM, so please ensure your order is confirmed and sent in advance for same-day delivery.

Please use your company name as the reference when submitting your proof of payment (POP) to avoid any delays in processing your order.

Please let us know if you will be collecting the order personally or if a courier will be handling the pickup.

We close for lunch on Fridays from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM. Orders placed during this time will be processed after lunch.
